About Us

Established 1954  |  Lakeside, California

Established  in 1954, the Tumbleweed Riding Club is our region's longest active venue for horsemen of all ages and abilities. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a fun and affordable platform for each and every competitor to learn or advance their or their horses' skills in a friendly show environment. All board members are volunteers and we welcome everyone to be a part of the club, either as a board member or volunteer worker. Tumbleweed is an open show circuit for horses of all breeds.

We offer a variety of classes for youth, amateur, and professional horsemen. We have a year-end awards program which acknowledges the accomplishments of the previous show season at our annual awards banquet. Most of the information you'll need can be found in the other dropdown links. See the Calendar for our show dates and join us for a fun filled Sunday.

If you have any questions pertaining to TWRC that can’t be found on the web site, please feel free to contact any of the officers. Please read the Horse Show Rules.
